The Mason City Public Library is happy to offer our newest collection, the Library of Things. It includes loanable tech and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) kits for all ages so that community members can discover tools and materials to help them explore, learn, create and connect.
In order to check out an item from the Library of Things, you must present your library card and photo ID. The card holder must be a Mason City resident, over the age of 18, and their account must be in good standing. A borrowing agreement must be signed at check out and items cannot be returned in any book drop.
